There will be a Celebration of Life visitation on Monday, May 4, from 6-8 PM at the Plover-Shuda Funeral Home.
Sandra was born on June 30, 1956 in Stevens Point, to Albert and Lindy (Kinney) Horn. She attended local schools including SPASH. She worked as a line operator at McCain’s for 22 years, before working at Donaldson’s from 2003 until her early retirement in 2011.
She enjoyed NASCAR, hunting, the outdoors, and her cats, but most of all loved her family and watching her grandsons race BMX. Sandra also raced powder puff at Golden Sands Speedway and enjoyed watching races at the local tracks.
Sandra is survived by her life partner for 40 years, Michael Hojnacki, Plover. One son: Joshua (Stephanie) Horn, Stevens Point, Two Grandsons, Tyler and Nathan Horn, Stevens Point. Her mother, Lindy Horn, Stevens Point, 3 sisters, Susan Livermore, Puerto Rico, Barbara Glavich, Stevens Point, Dian (Peter) Riter, Merrill, One brother Richard (Patricia) Horn, Stevens Point. Her step-mother, Shirley Horn, Mercer, Her step-siblings: Patricia Bohm, Mercer; Dennis (Donna) Bohm, Stevens Point; and Linda (Gene) Janke, Onalaska.
Sandra was preceded in death by her father Albert Horn; brother-in-law Tom Glavich and step-brother Daniel Bohm.
