Damage: At 3:15 PM, a 39-year-old Bancroft woman reported damage to her fence on Elm Road.
Crash: A car driven by a 39-year-old woman struck a bicycle at 5:40 PM on the intersection of Sunrise Ave. and Main St. in Stevens Point. No injuries were reported and the cyclist left the scene.
Nearly 70 and Still Spunky: A 43-year-old Junction City resident reported a 65-year-old female and male companion, 68, were riding ATV’s, also videotaping themselves riding the vehicles, on Elm Road at 7:15 PM. Police said this is an ongoing problem. No report was filed but the incident was documented for information.
Facebook Harassment: At 9:16 AM, a 21-year-old Stevens Point woman reported receiving unwanted Facebook messages from a known 47-year-old woman.
Check Fraud: A Bull’s Eye Credit Union employee reported a known 39-year-old female cashing fraudulent checks at 9:26 AM at their 3316 Business Park Drive location.
Asking for money: Trig’s grocery store requested police assistance at 11:54 AM when a 53-year-old male began talking to employees and insisting that they give him money.
Bike Theft: A 13-year-old boy’s BMX bike was reported stolen at 4:32 PM from a bike rack on the 1000 block of Division St. in Stevens Point. The bike was a gray and green Chaos FS20 model valued at $120.
