After allegedly selling drugs to an uncover officer on several occasions, an Amherst man now faces felony drug charges.
Brandon Feltz, 22, has been charges with one count of delivering marijuana and three counts of delivering heroin to an undercover officer from the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force four times between January and April.
Feltz pleaded not guilty on Monday. He is being held in the Portage Co. Jail on a $4,000 cash bond.
Two others have also been charged as a result of the investigation. Andrew Craney, 22, and 30-year-old Ashley Olson both face two counts of manufacturing or delivering heroin. They will appear in court next week.
Feltz will return to court for his pretrial hearing on June 22. He faces a maximum of 25 years in prison.
