For The City Times
The traffic lights on the intersection of Michigan Ave. and Patch St. in Stevens Point are scheduled to be turned off for three days beginning Wednesday.
The lights will be turned off at 7 AM on Wednesday, July 8, so city contractors can replace a control cabinet for the lights.
Lighted traffic signals are expected to return to the intersection by late Friday afternoon.
The intersection will remain open; however, temporary 4-way stop signs will be in place during this time to control traffic.
