A Plover man is facing multiple drug charges including possession of THC with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug trafficking place in a Forest Dr. trailer.
Earl Loman, Jr., 20, made an initial appearance in Portage County Court on Monday via video from the Portage County Jail.
According to police reports, detectives from the Plover Police Department executed a search warrant on April 29 on a residence on Forest Drive, where they found 31 grams of marijuana in a bedroom and marijuana, a digital scale and the tools for producing concentrated THC wax in the kitchen.
During an interview with detectives, Loman admitted to selling marijuana in the past, purchasing up to a pound a week from a source in Wausau, but claims he had stopped dealing recently.
Loman is being held in the Portage County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in the case on July 13. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted on all charges.
