3rd OWI: A 43-year-old Plover man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, his third offense, at 1:45 AM after being pulled over on I39 in Stevens Point.
Tired Driver: A complaint of a driver swerving in the road on I39 turned out to be a tired man from Melrose Park, Ill. Police warned the man for his lane deviation at 6:05 AM.
Profane Disturbance: A 31-year-old Stevens Point man living on the 2600 block of Bush St. called police after his neighbor was causing a disturbance by loudly swearing outside his door at 2:30 PM.
Crash: A 19-year-old Stevens Point man was issued a ticket for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign resulting in bodily harm after after crashing into the vehicle of a 34-year-old Iola woman at 11:17 PM on Hwy. 66 and Cty. Rd. A in Rosholt.
Fight: Police responded to Clark and Church St. at 2:12 AM after being called by a 22-year-old Stevens Point woman who said she was in a fight with an unknown 25-year-old Milwaukee man.
Drug Panhandler: Police responded to the area of Division St. and 4th Ave. in Stevens Point after receiving a call complaining of a 26-year-old female asking for drugs at 6:51 AM.
Missing Cow: A black dexter cow with a red halter was reported missing from the 10500 block of Cty. Rd. D in Almond at 9:09 AM by its 56-year-old owner.
Destruction From Above: A sign above the ATM drive thru at the BMO Harris Bank on Main St. in Stevens Point fell from its mounting and shattered the rear window of a 43-year-old woman’s Acura TSX.
Harassment: A 39-year-old Amherst woman called police at 1:53 PM from her residence on the 300 block of Cross St. W. to report that her 39-year-old male neighbor was harassing herself and her children. Police advised the neighbor to make no more contact.
2nd OWI: At 6:48 PM, a 26-year-old Milwaukee man was charged with his second offense of operating while under the influence after police pulled his vehicle over on the 10100 block of Hwy. 161 in Amherst Junction.
Assault and Robbery: Law enforcement responded to a call of assault and robbery at the Chatrbox Restaurant in Kellner at 12:35 AM. Suspect is a 27-year-old Nekoosa man. No arrests or damages were reported.
Target Trouble: Police were called at 10:52 AM after an upset 43-year-old woman did not want to show her ID when writing a check at the Stevens Point Target store on Hwy. 10.
Boat Bust: A 21-year-old Custer man was stopped by police boat patrol and cited for not having a boater safety certificate and warned a no wake violation and failure to transfer his boat’s registration when he bought it.
Possession: At a traffic stop on mile 146 of I39, police issued citations to a 20-year-old Neillsville man for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
