Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a Portage Co. inmate who failed to return to jail in Sept. of 2014.
Shane Bellinger, 23, had been on daytime work release while serving a 120-day sentence for criminal damage to property. A warrant for his arrest was issued when he did not return to the jail.
Bellinger, 23, is described as 6 foot 1 inch, 160 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. According to the Portage Co. Jail, he has several tattoos including a family crest on lower right arm, “roots” on lower left arm, “filigree” on his neck and “TF” on his genitals.
His last known address was 1901 Main St. in Stevens Point, but he’s also been associated with a Higgins Ave. home in Neenah.
