Restaurant brings new taste and new look to central Wisconsin |
For the City Times
After months of construction, Muse at Sentry is now ready to create a unique, artful dining experience in Stevens Point starting Thursday, Sept. 14.
Located in the lower level of the Sentry Theater building, Muse offers a locally-sourced, seasonal menu focused on Americana cuisine featuring hand-rolled pasta, wet- and dry-aged steaks, chops, and fresh seafood. A diverse wine selection featuring more than 90 labels from throughout the world is also on-hand, as well as a selection of seasonal, craft-made cocktails.
“Muse at Sentry blends precise culinary presentation and service in a stylish, art-filled environment,” says SentryWorld General Manager Mike James. “The inspiration for our restaurant and special events space comes from Stevens Point’s and Sentry’s long, distinguished history of the arts — which includes the Sentry Theater. This venue will surely provide a unique dining and visual experience for those who visit.”
The redesigned space features an open, modern look that takes advantage of the seasonal views from large picture windows, while comfortably seating 40-50 people. In addition, there’s a 20-person private dining or meeting room and 100+ person banquet area. Several works of art, including a Picasso, are also prominently featured.
Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11 AM –2 PM. Dinner hours are from 4:30–10 PM. Muse is open weekends for weddings and other special events.
Reservations aren’t required, but are recommended and can be made through OpenTable or at www.experiencemuse.com. For parties larger than eight, call 715-346-1800 for arrangements.
