For the City Times
PLOVER — The Almond, Plover, and Rosholt Libraries are the place to beat the winter blahs. The three libraries offer a variety of programs, including Book Clubs, Craft programs, Movie Matinees, Social Hours, and Tai Chi.
“With the holidays over and the cold weather setting in people can feel bored and isolated,” said Laura Fuller, Librarian. “The Library is the perfect cure. Enjoy connecting with others at a Social hour, build strength and flexibility at Tai Chi, and share a good story at Book Club.” Program dates, times and descriptions are listed on the Calendar of Events, available online or at the Almond, Plover or Rosholt Library.
For more information, call the Plover Branch Library at 715-341-4007. The Portage County Public Library has branches in Stevens Point, Plover, Rosholt, and Almond. For a complete calendar of events, visit www.pocolibrary.org.
